We had a great experience at this hostel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the 24-hour front desk was convenient. The beds were comfy and the bathroom in our room was nice. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. Despite the hostel being in the party zone, we felt safe and enjoyed the bustling atmosphere. we would recommend this hostel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Only the place and safe.
That the air condition wasn't working. Vey noisy and the bathroom door is glassy transparent and the room was very very very small.

Very good location. Just a few meters from the main sites.
The bedromm didn't have any king of cooling system. I traveled during the summer, and it was so hot that I almost suffocated on the first night.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center, right next to Sol metro station. It's a great value for money with basic amenities and our own bath facilities with a shower. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served and the prices are very reasonable.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

Clean place. Great terrace and nice kitchen. AC in my room. Staff friendly and helpful. Secure entry. Located in very central part or Madrid close to metro and tons of bars and restaurants. Easy walk to Prado.
I think everyone who stays here will say the bathrooms in your room. The separating wall from the bedroom does not go to the ceiling making privacy a big issue. There are hallway bathrooms as well but why not just finish the wall to the ceiling? Everyone looks at the bathroom with dumbfounded amazement and I will admit it keeps this place from being great. Besides that, and the loud people of Madrid drinking outside until 6am, this place is a good place to stay.

The clientele is good and you probably will share a room with a quiet, responsible and respectful traveller. The staff is helpful. The facilities are adequate.
It does get very hot inside the rooms in the summer.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely perfect - right in the center of the city, next to Sol metro station. We were thrilled to be surrounded by the lively atmosphere of bars and restaurants just outside our door. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the friendly check-in to their willingness to help with any request, their excellent service was truly exceptional. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with our own bath facilities. It was a great relief to have everything we needed right in our room.
All was fantastic.

Please take three maps next to you to find this hotel.. I walked around like three hours.. It's in the second floor in an apartment and it has a so little board to see..Please put a big board to that bulding to show your hotel is there..

The staff was very friendly and willing to help (especially if you speak just a little Spanish!) The location is also very good. It is very near Chueca station which is in a safe and vibrant area. It can be a bit noisy at night though as a result.
The sinks in the bathrooms were always rather dirty and the breakfast is just toast and coffee (not so good for a gluten-free gal!). The 6 bed rooms are very small and cramped and on my first night I received damp bed linens.

The reception desk is great, helpful and hospital, they work there 24hrs.The location is super! just at Sol!a lot pub and restaurant around it.It owns a kitchen and you can enjoy the sun at the big terrace beside the kitchen.breakfast is too simple.
We do not feel the room is clean especial the sheet,we lived there for 5 nights, but they never changed once. There were a big stain on sheet and feel not so dry.But they clean the room every day. the washing room is super mini, and just separated by a glass and feel embarrassed in it.The room is a little bit noisy as many pub around it.Just recommend it to the guests live there just for 1 or 2 nights.
